Investment and Operations in the Humber at HEP AGM
Humber Economic Partnership (HEP) is holding its annual general meeting and members' event on Monday December 14, 2009. The meeting, to be held in the Conference Centre at the Europarc Innovation Centre in Grimsby, will provide an opportunity for networking as well as a catch up on latest news and business from HEP. This year's guest speaker will be Peter Jones, Chief Executive of Associated British Ports (ABP), who will talk about ABP's investment and operations in the Humber, along with ABP’s plans and opportunities for the future.
Humber Economic Partnership (HEP) is holding its annual general meeting and members’ event on Monday December 14, 2009.
The meeting, to be held in the Conference Centre at the Europarc Innovation Centre in Grimsby, will provide an opportunity for networking as well as a catch up on latest news and business from HEP.
This year’s guest speaker will be Peter Jones, Chief Executive of Associated British Ports (ABP), who will talk about ABP’s investment and operations in the Humber, along with ABP’s plans and opportunities for the future.
Peter’s presentation will be followed by HEP’s formal business. Charles Lewis, chair of HEP, who will host and will also speak at the event, said: “We’re very much looking forward to what promises to be another successful event. Each year our annual general meeting provides an excellent opportunity for networking, as well as a catch up on the year’s business. I am sure that with Peter Jones as this year’s speaker 2009’s event will be another sensational meeting for all involved.”
Mr. Lewis will introduce the afternoon’s proceedings and also deliver the formal business of the AGM.
The AGM is open to all organisations across the Humber sub-region and some places are still available for anyone wishing to attend the event.
