Renewable Energy News - Biomass Funding Guide 2010
The Forestry Commission and the Humber Rural Partnership (co-ordinated by East Riding of Yorkshire Council) have jointly produced a biomass funding guide for the Yorkshire and the Humber region. The guide is aimed at developing the local and regional biomass/energy crop sector, by increasing the awareness and take-up of grant support available for woodfuel activities and boiler installations.

Humber Economic Partnership is delighted to announce that the Institute of Economic Development (IED) has chosen the Humber area to host the UK Economic Development Conference 2010. This is the Institute’s annual conference and will be held on 6th and 7th October 2010 at the Royal Hotel in Hull.
